Covid 19 Policy:

All bunches will be delivered in line with the latest government Covid 19 guidelines. Payment is contactless at the time of ordering. For delivery, we’ll drop the Bunch Beag at the door, ring the bell and stand back until someone acknowledges the delivery. If no one is home, we'll leave the bunch in a safe place by the front door. 

PSA - We use recycled glass jars so handle with care and leave out of reach of any curious paws or tiny hands. 

How exactly does Bunch Beag work? 

Bunch Beag is a small business based in Skerries, Co. Dublin creating hand-tied bunches of seasonal fresh flowers.

We have one bunch of the week which will be posted on our social media every week. Flowers and greenery change each week to offer interest and variety for every order :) 

We have a small number of bespoke products that can be added to your flower order to make the delivery extra special. These have been carefully chosen by our team to suit many of the milestones we all love to celebrate with flowers and gifts. 

We take orders for our bunches via our website and deliver Friday and Saturday to most of Dublin. Get in touch - hello@bunchbeag.com - if you're not sure whether we deliver to your area.

When is the order deadline for delivery? 

The order deadline for next day delivery is 7pm the evening before. We take orders every day but our delivery days are Friday and Saturday. 

Demand is high each week and we often sell out. To guarantee delivery on your preferred day ensure you order as early as possible. 

Can I order for same day delivery?

Unfortunately no! It’s not currently possible for us to offer same day delivery. 

Can I order now for a future delivery date? 

You sure can! Just select your preferred future delivery date when you complete your order, keeping in mind we deliver Friday and Saturday. 

Can I get my Bunch Beag delivered at a specific time of day? 

We don't offer timed deliveries but all of our orders will be delivered between 9.00am and 5.00pm on the day. Our courier partner takes extra special care of our orders and will call the phone number provided with the order if there’s no answer at the given address. As a last resort your order will be left in a safe spot by the front door or with a neighbour. 

Can I choose which flowers are in my bunch?

We like to keep things really simple! We offer one bunch of the week each week - each bunch for any particular week will contain the same seasonal flowers. For that reason it’s not possible to choose what flowers are in your bunch. 

I’ve made a mistake on my order! What can I do? 

Mistakes happen, we get it! First thing to do - contact us. We generally need a day's notice to change something on an order BUT if your bunch has not left the building we’ll do our best to accommodate changes you may have.

PSA - please please pretty please check and double check the details of your order before pressing submit. No one likes a blooming mess to clean up (*get it*). 

I don’t think my bunch has arrived? 

Don’t panic! Sometimes on busier days it might be later in the afternoon when your bunch is delivered. Most of our orders are completed by 3.00pm on the day of delivery but if it's a particularly busy day it may be a little later. The very latest your flowers will be delivered is 5.00pm. 

How can I keep my bunch fresher for longer? 

It helps to change the water and snip a small bit off the end of each stem once per week after delivery. 

Keep in mind we’re working with fresh seasonal produce so some stems will mature quicker than others. You can help them out by gently removing any shedding and ensuring you follow the steps above. 

I love my Bunch Beag - can I get a recurring delivery? 

You sure can! Hop on to the website to arrange your weekly, fortnightly or monthly subscription if you can’t live without your Bunch Beag. Simply select the Subscription option on our site www.bunchbeag.com and go from there. If you have any questions - email hello@bunchbeag.com

Can I purchase a gift voucher for Bunch Beag? 

You sure can! Share the Bunch Beag love and treat your special person to a Bunch Beag gift card. You choose how much and they choose when to spend it and where to send it. 

You can send the gift card directly to the recipient via email or enter your own details during check out if you’d prefer to print and give it in person.

Using the unique voucher code, the recipient can purchase from Bunch Beag until the value of the card has been used up.

I purchased or received a Bunch Beag voucher, is there anything I need to know? 

We hope you love spending your Bunch Beag voucher! There are a few things for you to know; our gift vouchers have no expiry, you don't need to spend it all in one go and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
